Resetting Your Secure Form Password

If you have forgotten your password and cannot log into your account, you will need to reset your password.

In order to do this, click the "log in" button in the upper right corner of our website and then click the "I have forgotten my password" link, found underneath the "login" button:



You will then be asked for your username. Please enter this at the prompt and click the "Reset My Password" button:



You will then see a confirmation notice stating an email has been sent to you. This email is sent to the email address that you entered when signing up:



Within the email, there will be a link. Click the link to be taken to a page that will ask for your new password. Enter a new password which contains at least 7 characters in total, with at least one number:



Click "Change Password" and you will then be logged into your account. That password will be the one you must use in future, although you can change the password at any time in the "My Account" area.
