Logging Into Secure Form

Afer creating your Secure Form account, you can log into the site and create the form you wish to use:



Simply click the "log in" button and enter your username and password.



You will then be presented with the main page of your control panel:



From there on, you can edit an exising form or create a new form to capture data submitted by your users.
