Editing a Form

If you wish to edit a form that captures contact details for example, then this can be done when logging into your Secure Form account.

If you log into your account and click the My Forms option, you will see the form(s) that have been created.

To make any changes, hover the the cursor over the relevant form and click the Edit This Form button.

You will then be shown all the prompts in the form that can be edited simply by hovering over the relevant field and clicking the edit button.

If for example you want to edit the name entry field that your form displays, then click the edit button when hovering over the Name field.

You will then see the editable values for that field. If you simply place the cursor next to the value you want to delete, you can then delete the text accordingly.

Hint: Be sure to delete the empty space once the text is removed, otherwise a gap will appear where that text was, when the end user clicks the drop down menu.

Once you are happy with your changes, click the Done button.

Editing a Form

You will then be returned to the page that shows you all the fields as they will currently appear to your website users.

If no further changes are required, then you can simply click Save Changes. Once this is done, the form, wherever it appears on the web, will update immediately with the changes you have made.
