Creating A New Form
Secure Form allows you to create forms for your website users to submit data in. This can be generic information such as a name and address or even queries and feedback. To create your form, simply log into your Secure Form account and within the opening control panel screen, click the blue Create New Form button.
You will then see a prompt appear in the foreground of the page which will ask if you want to template your form on popular types, such as a Contact Us Form. If you do not want to template your form, then simply select Empty Form.

In this example we will select the template for Contact Us Form - select this from the drop down box and fill in the Name and Description fields accordingly. Once done, click the Create Form button.

The next page will then show you the template of your form. You will see the various typical fields that a contact us style submission form generally contains.

What you see on that page is how your form will appear on your website, so you can edit the fields accordingly by clicking the edit button in the prompt that appears when hovering over any of the form fields.

The prompt also contains a delete button should you wish to delete that form field.
Within the right-hand section of the page, you will see the Toolbox area which allows you to add your own extra fields. Each one is simple to setup and requires you to fill in the required fields accordingly.
As an example, if you select Textbox from within the Toolbox area and enter the required information in the fields where prompted:

...when you click the Add Text Box confirmation button, the details you entered will be displayed on the form:

The toolbox area allows several other form functions to be added. Simply click on the function you wish to add and follow the prompts to insert the element.
If you wish to move your form fields around so they appear in a different order, then this can be done by simply clicking and dragging the field to the new location.

Once you are happy with your form, your layout and field entries, you can save your changes using the Save Changes button or, if you are unhappy and wish to start again, then you can use the Delete button.
To generate the form so you can use it, simply click the Generate Form button and you will then see two options as to how to implement your form. You can either link to a URL from your website or add an iframe into the required page which will contain the form fields meaning the URL of your webpage will remain in the browser address bar:

(Link to URL)

(Using the iframe)
One you have carried out either of the above, you have completed the creating and implementation of your form. You can then return to the home page of your control panel by clicking My Forms where you can edit the forms, view their submissions or change the forms' design.
